Ingredients:

60 ml. Four Roses bourbon
Dash of Angustura bitters
Lots of ice
Juice from Maraschino cherries
Orange + peel

Method:

In an Old-fashioned glass, crush brown sugar cube with Angustura Bitters. Add a dash of water and stir gently but thoroughly for a few minutes. Add two ice cubes and 20ml. Four Roses bourbon. Stir for another few minutes. Add two more ice cubes and another 20ml. bourbon to build flavour. Stir for another few minutes. Add two more ice cubes and another 20ml. bourbon. Continue stirring. Add more ice to fill glass. Stir in 1 tsp. of juice from Maraschino cherries, then twist the skin of the orange peel into the glass to release the oil into the drink. Finish by dropping the orange peel into the glass.
