We were lucky enough to witness cocktail guru Gaz Regan in action as he mixed up a Negroni using vintage ingredients from the 1950s in The Savoy’s Museum Bar. And it was very tasty indeed. Also on hand and mixing were Dale DeGroff, Peter Dorelli and Victor Gower, watched over by Erik Lorincz, Head Bartender of American Bar and Chris Moore of The Beaufort Bar. Happy days…
