What makes a good bartender?

Again, passion for what you are doing.

Which bartenders do you admire and why?

There are so many amazing bartenders in London that I can’t choose.

What’s your proudest moment as a bartender?

When my customers leaves happy

What’s your definition of a bartender and a mixologist and where do you fit in?

I don’t think there is a difference.

What’s your favourite ingredient?

Gin.

Where do you drink off duty?

Usually  a gastro pub on Sunday with a roast.

What’s your essential piece of bar kit?

A barspoon.

What’s your failsafe recipe to mix at home?

A Martinez.
