40ml Haig Club
1 clove
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml fresh orange juice
10ml sugar syrup (1.1)
5ml creme de cassis
20ml Tawny Port

Method:
Build all ingredients in a tankard. Top with 100ml boiling water and garnish with a cinnamon stick and/or dehydrated orange zest.
