Coco Chanel

“I was raised in a family of strong women, I strive to be a strong woman and I admire strong women. Coco chanel is truly one of the women I admire.

She was more than just a fashion designer. She was a strong woman who went against tradition in her creations to liberate women in the way they dressed and that was significant to me. As a person and through her work there is a mix of female and male, and I wanted to put that into my drink.

I used a plain glass and a plain garnish because she didn’t want too many details in her designs. I simply garnished it with a jasmine leaf that I sprayed it with a ‘perfume’ of jasmine water.”
