So Dustin, what is it about the Daiquiri that has made it a constant throughout drinking history?

No matter what situation one finds oneself in – recently cashed up or scrapping for pennies, celebrating life or the loss of one, the Daiquiri has been the go to answer for anything and everything.

What external influences have inspired you from the era you have chosen?

My Daiquiri didn’t come from any external ideas as such – mainly the image of lying under a palm tree on a deserted beach with the most beautiful lady that ever walked its shores.

Tell us about your Daiquiri and why people should drink it on National Daiquiri Day.

It’s a Daiquiri, I don’t need to sell it, they do that all on their own. I love them.
