Okay, we’ve already enjoyed some fantastic Dynamic Duos (thank you Devil’s Advocate, Bryant and Mack and Last Word Saloon to name a few), not to mention Swizzles from Angostura and an amazing opening party at The Caves courtesy of William Grant (you’ve got to love the Monkey Shoulder automated Lazy Old Fashioned.)
Today we’re getting studious with the start of the seminars and of course, it would be rude not to hit up a few more of those Dynamic Duos…
Our pick of today’s seminars

Now it’s enjoying a renaissance which is where Charlotte, Voisey, Peter Vestinos, Jack McGarry and Davide Segat come in. They’ll be sharing their stories of this majestic spice as well as highlighting its incredible flavour in three drinks.
Talking Rot: Rancio, Scotch and MADness
Rancio is one of the enigmatic aromas in the spirits world. This class explores it and other elusive aromas through a tasting of cask samples, and ultra rare blends from The House of Walker. With whisky buffs Dave Broom, Ryan Chetiyawardana and Arielle Johnson.
