He started his bartending career in Nottingham nine years ago and his since worked at Haus Bar in Bristol and Pollen Street Social in London before moving to Hawksmoor Guildhall. Alistair goes through to the World Class UK 2012 Finals with his drink inspired by ladies, Lady’s Touch.
Aaron Jones
Aaron Jones is 25 and works at Salvatore at Playboy Club London. He goes through to the World Class UK 2012 Finals with his twist on a classic, Mark’s Mid-Morning Glory.
Sam Kershaw
Sam Kershaw, 33 is currently Bar Manager at Babington House in Somerset. He has spent the past decade working as a bartender, manager, trainer and Brand Ambassador and goes through to the World Class UK 2012 Finals with his recipe for a Salted Caramel Manhattan.
