The Tasting Room in The Wine Shop at Harrods comes over all Gatsby-esque at this lavish pop-up devoted to the 1920s. Drop in throughout the day to learn how to make cocktails inspired by the era but given a 21st-century twist by Wayne Collins and the team at Mixxit, sample an array of bespoke cocktails from iconic spirits brands such as Hendrick’s Gin, Johnnie Walker Double Black, Courvoisier Exclusif VSOP Cognac, The Macallan Amber Malt Whisky and Stolichnaya Elit Vodka and soak up the sounds of the 1920s jazz band.

For five days only Belgraves’ Terrace will feature a living wall of edible flowers and an interactive cocktail station. Head mixologist Salvatore Maggio will muddle together palatable petals and botanical spirits to create inspired flowerful cocktails. Visitors to the Terrace, accessed through the hotel’s mezzanine bar, will be invited to join daily ‘Edible Flower Cocktail Classes’ and ‘Food & Flower Pairing Tutorials’. Complimentary cocktail recipe cards and edible flower seed packet giveaways will mean guests can re-create their favourite concoctions at home.

Access to Belgraves Edible Garden is complimentary but advance reservations are required. 

Putting a whole new sexy spin on the bottle bank, this one features home-infused bottled cocktails in innovative flavours such as Dandelion & Bathtub Burdock and Cherry Pepper Pop – perfect with the stone-based pizzas on offer. Part of the Clerkenwell Design Week. All cocktails £5 a pop. 6pm-10pm each evening.

Strictly for the grown-ups, these cocktail ice creams include flavours such as Hard Bathtub Lemonade with a thyme-infused hooch and Bathtub gin for a very child-friendly £4 a cup. Drop by for a Bank Holiday treat.

Make and shake great drinks with the assistance of Leeds finest bartenders, enjoy main stage demonstrations on cocktail making and sample some of the finest drinks brands available in the UK. Book a Gin, Rum or Tequila session when you make your booking for this fun and informative consumer event, choosing from entry level Taster tickets (£15), moving up a notch to the Enthusiast ticket including one session (£25) or going for the Connoisseur ticket including a private tutored tasting with The Liquorists (£45). Additional cocktail tokens are available on the evening for £6.
