Last night we paid another visit to the Drink Factory, the place where Tony Conigliaro, the man behind 69 Colebrooke Row and Zetter Townhouse makes his dreams a reality. We discovered how our tongues work, why sugar is vital, about the journey of the bee, why salt has no taste, why perfume changes with time… oh, and we tried a few new cocktails. If only chemistry lessons at school had been like this…
